EXPORT & IMPORT We also have our eye on exporting raw materials to countries in Africa who are just out of the trauma and ravages of war. To assist by exporting firstly grain, agricultural equipment, fertilizers, communication cables, and road and housing construction materials. Our belief regarding this aspect is to move away from the hand-out system and help Africa become self-sufficient by offering sustainable products to reconstruct and develop their countries and end poverty and hunger in their respective countries, e.g. Burundi, DRC, Mozambique, Angola and others who would like to do business with us, as well as trading in arts and crafts and thus promoting culture internationally. RETAIL & SALES Inkosikazi Yokukhanya hopes engage in retail and sales as well, selling the products we import from Africa, in the line of African print material, and cultural dress from as far and wide in Africa as possible, also looking towards Asia and its fantastic fashion in the line of cultural dress. Also our vision is to purchase land and develop such for leisure thus contributing towards attracting tourists and promoting a healthy environment. The resources we use to conduct our business are all in the local area of Gauteng, the people on our projects are mainly women drawn from the ranks of the unemployed and those men who qualify and are dedicated to contribute towards change in the face of our poverty stricken societies. Information technology, computers, phones, cell-phones, faxes, transport are at present being used to market our business and will be used in future to steer our company into the envisaged prosperity and wealth we want to create for our own benefit and that of our people around us. INKOSIKAZI YOKUKHANYA WILL ENGAGE IN ANNUAL SELF ASSESSMENT BASED ON THE SOUTH AFRICAN EXCELLENCE FOUNDATION MODEL OF QUALITY ASSURANCE AND TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT. REVIEW AND RECTIFICATION WHEREVER NEEDED AND REQUEST INDEPENDENT AUDIT FOR THE PURPOSE OF MAINTAINING HEALTHY AND SOUND BUSINESS PRACTICE. INKOSIKAZI YOKUKHANYA ALSO HAS AT ITS DISPOSAL A PROFESSIONAL TEAM OF HEALTH WORKERS WHO ENGAGE THE COMPANY/BUSINESS ENTERPRISE IN TEAM BUILDING EXERCISES AND ALSO TO MAINTAIN HEALTHY SOCIO-PSYCHO STATUS TO KEEP UP WITH THE STRESSES AND STRAINS OF BUSINESS.
